USAGE OF ARTWORK*:
◉ Usage of commissioned/requested artwork and emotes:
⪧ All commissions are for personal and non-commercial use.
⪧ All commissioned artwork and emotes must be credited to my Twitter/X (@NOODSvt)
⪧ Artwork may not be uploaded to AI related websites.PAYMENT, INVOICES, REFUNDS, AND CONTACT:
◉ Payment and Invoices:
⪧ Invoices will be sent via PayPal.
⪧ Payment must be sent through PayPal.
⪧ Client must provide a valid e-mail used for PayPal (Required to submit in "Contact Information").
_{- If no valid e-mail is provided, the commission will be canceled.}
⪧ Client must provide full payment for the invoice after sketch/concept is approved by the client before the artist completes the commission.◉ Refunds
⪧ Commissioned artwork canceled before or during the sketch/concept approval stage:
<sub>- If the client has not provided any early payment via PayPal, no refund will be required nor honored and the commission will be thus canceled.
- If the client has provided any early payment via PayPal, a full refund will be honored and the commission will be thus canceled.</sub>
⪧ Commissioned artwork canceled post-sketch/concept approval:
_{- If the client cancels commissioned artwork post-sketch/concept approval stage, the client will be provided a 70% refund of all fees and costs (combined total).}◉ Contact
⪧ Client must provide a valid e-mail, discord, and/or twitter account for contact regarding the commission.
_{- If no valid e-mail, discord, and/or twitter account is provided, the commission will be canceled.}CHANGES TO ARTWORK:
◉ Changes during sketch/concept stages:
⪧ Both major and minor changes to the artworks posing, composition, etc. can be requested by the client free of charge.◉ Changes post-sketch/concept approval:
⪧ Major changes such as posing, composition, etc. that requires reworking a large portion or redoing the composition will come at an additional charge.
⪧ Minor changes such as add-on decals/designs, color/hue changes to certain sections, and adjustments can be requested by the client free of charge.COPYRIGHT(S) AND GENERAL RIGHTS:
◉ Commissions that include properties that are under copyright protections:
⪧ The artist is not liable for any copyright infringements or legal disputes over copyright of properties◉ All rights are reserved to the Artist:
⪧ The artist can post the artwork to social media platforms.
⪧ The artist can use the commission for portfolio and promotion purposes.◉ The artist reserves the right to stream the process of commissions on streaming platforms.◉ The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission:
⪧ The artist may refuse a commission under any circumstance.*Artwork includes all forms of illustration, graphics, emotes, and general imagery provided by the artist.
